2014 – ‘take me over’ delivers another crossover smash for peking duk

Peking Duk followed up their previous breakout hit ‘High’ with ‘Take Me Over’, becoming 2x Platinum as the year rolled out and seeing Peking Duk cementing themselves in the psyche of Australian music fans. This time with guest vocalist Safia providing the lovely topline vocal. ‘Take Me Over’ connected at all the same places as their previous hits, from electronic music fans, to crossing over with pop radio and independent radio alike. This follow up to “High” saw the DJ duo launch into a new world with the guys headlining festivals and breaking moulds and stereotypes of what a DJ production duo could build into.
