As we enter the final month of the year and we welcome Boy Oh Boy, or as we like to call them, ‘BOB’ Two characters hailing from Germany & France, Boy Oh Boy instantly caught our attention with their fusion of Afro and Melodic sounds. Recent releases on Get Physical and Poesie Musik gained solid support from the finest of selectors and their laid back and comical personas resonated with us here at the Knights Table. After some back and forth over WhatsApp, the boys delivered a cracking 2 track EP titled “In Change” which features vocalist Eleanora. The Journey has jumped on remix duties, stripping back the original and adding some of their signature flavour. Rounding out the EP is “Fella Fella” which we feel packs just the same punch as the lead track. Our Trans-tasman friends “Out Of Sorts” take charge of the remix here, which has been a long time coming and a warm welcome to the UGenius familia. The brothers from NZ who have been at the forefront of the Kiwi market for some time, provide a driving touch which really turn this into a dancefloor monster. Plug it in and turn it up
