FiNE

FiNE is the sonic brainchild of twin brothers Craig and Darren Fine, who share a lifelong passion, gift, and synergetic taste for music. Cutting their teeth and honing their craft in Tel Aviv’s pulsing underground scene, FiNE grew quickly to feature regularly alongside prominent local talent including Red Axes, Jenia Tarsol and Chaim, as well as a host of international artists including Deborah De Luca and Magit Cacoon. Naturally magnetic socialites with infectious personalities and energy to match, the brothers have found themselves right at home in Los Angeles since their recent relocation to the US. Born in South Africa and raised in Botswana, the brothers have their roots deeply embedded in African soil. This lends to their signature style ethnic and tribal overtones. Percussive layers feature prominently in their tracks, regularly incorporating Afro-Cuban instruments such as congas, bongos, kettledrums and timeless Bossa Nova additions. Drawing inspiration from Afro-House artists Black Coffee and Shimza, as well as European, Melodic House artists Adam Port, &ME, Rampa and Tale of Us, FiNE bottles a nostalgic and heady cocktail of warmth, excitement, and power, taking audiences on an emotionally addicting rollercoaster by turns intense and euphoric, through a hypnotic hybrid of past and future.
